Sunflower Mini session - Retainer fee only

They're finally here!!! $75 is due now to book and reserve your spot, and $75 is due at the session.
The total due is $150. They are 30 minute sessions. You will receive 10 digital images with print release, in an online gallery.

These are taking place at my new home!

We are still in the construction phase, so don't mind the house (There's also nowhere to use the restroom just yet lol)
The address is 5313 Dozier road, Obion, TN. Since it's a brand new address, GPS doesn't bring you right to the house, it brings you right up the road. There are hardly any houses, so just keep driving until you see the build site! There is a mailbox up with "5313" on it. I promise, it's not hard to find! It's just way out here lol!
Type it into your GPS now to see how long it will take you to get here. The Address says Obion, but it's about 15 minutes outside the town of Obion. Welcome to the country, ya'll!

Please be right on time for your session. Tardiness on your part will result and time off of your session, as the sessions are scheduled back to back, I cannot cut into the time of another client. If you happen to arrive early, please wait in your vehicle until the family before you is done with their session, to cut down on distractions for the current session.

By booking your session time, you agree to the following conditions:

Your session has a maximum time of 30 minutes from the time you book. You will receive 10 edited digital images that you have printing rights to. The amount of images you receive are subject to external variables beyond the photographer's control ( scheduling complications due to lateness / willingness of individuals).

**You will receive your images no later than 3 weeks after your session.**

A total amount of $150 is due for your session. You understand that $75 represents a retainer fee that gives you exclusivity to the photography services on the day and time that you book, and the rest, $75 is Due the day of.

** Please note that retainer fees are non-refundable.** no refunds will be given for cancellations or no shows.
